This sandwich was inspired by a recent trip to Paris where the streets are abound with bread, cheese and other delights. It’s a tribute to the simple, delicious eats available at every boulangerie and cafe in one of the world’s most beautiful cities. But don’t be deceived by the simplicity, these ingredients will dance and sing on your tongue. It’s our new favorite sandwich.
